Depending on the vacancy, you may be requested to perform an assessment to establish whether you meet certain job requirements (e.g. cognitive test and personality assessment). Your assessment results can be shared with The Factory, but only after your consent, and will be part of your application file. Your assessment results may be used to provide specific training and/or coaching during your employment with The Factory and your assessment results may be shared with our community managers for this purpose.
If your application is successful, your personal data may be used for a pre-employment screening check by a third party as permitted by applicable law. The pre-employment screening may include verification of skill proficiency, criminal history, financial history, and other information that may be necessary for determining your qualifications and suitability for the open position at The Factory. You will be informed about the screening process beforehand separately.
